Client Presence:
Please note that your presence is required at the start and end of the cleaning service. Kindly schedule accordingly to ensure availability during your arrival window and completion of service.
Furniture & Room Preparation:
We do not move furniture during service to protect your floors and belongings from potential damage. Rooms are cleaned as they are found. Once the technician arrives, items cannot be moved unless a prior agreement was made at the time of booking. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all carpets are fully cleared of debris, trash, toys, clothing, and personal items, and are ready for vacuuming prior to arrival.
Stains, Odors & Expectations:
While we provide deep steam cleaning and always aim to extract stains as mush as possible, no cleaner can guarantee complete removal of all stains, soils, pet dander, or odors. Pet urine contamination, heavy traffic lines, pet odors, smoke odors, red stains, and sticky residues (such as slime or gum) are not guaranteed to be fully removed during service.
Condition Disclosure & Pricing Adjustments:
Quotes are based on the condition of the carpet/upholstery as described at the time of booking. If the condition upon arrival differs significantly (for example: black traffic lines or heavy soiling, extensive urine contamination, slime, red stains without prior notice), additional charges may apply and will be discussed before proceeding.
Access & Scheduling:
Please ensure no other services (plumbing, electrical work, general cleaning, etc.) are scheduled during our appointment. We will require access to hot water and electrical outlets to perform the service properly.
