When ground-in mud from daily foot traffic compacts into the carpet pile, standard vacuuming cant fully extract the abrasive grit. Our process begins with an in-depth fiber assessment, identifying material—nylon, wool, olefin—and selecting the optimal enzyme-based pre-spray. Stubborn coffee tannins and pet urine spots undergo targeted spot treatment using low-pH detergents, followed by hot water extraction at 200°F and 1,500 PSI to flush contaminants from the carpet backing. A high-speed rotary scrub agitates the solution into the fibers, breaking down oil-based stains from makeup or cooking grease. Post-cleaning, we apply a pH-neutral protector and fiber groom to restore pile orientation, ensuring faster drying and extended stain resistance. We also monitor humidity levels to accelerate drying and reduce mildew risk.
